About this beer

Tasting notes
The head was very vigorous and creamy, although it dissipated fairly quickly. The colour and haze were typical of a wheat beer. Banana notes are noticeable on the palate, with a slightly tart finish. After around four weeks of bottle conditioning, however, the finish mellowed considerably, resulting in a much more balanced beer. Overall, it turned out to be a refreshing and enjoyable wheat beer. I do miss a touch of residual sweetness, though, so next time I think I'll try brewing an Amber Weizen.
